ArklaComp is dedicated to providing quality laptop and desktop computer repair, service, and maintenance to small and medium sized businesses. We also service residential clients in Shreveport, Bossier City, and the surrounding areas.

Our work is billed by the hour at the rates of $65 an hour for work done in our shop and $80 an hour for work done in the field at a personal residence, and $95 an hour in the field for a business. We offer a discount to active duty, reservist, and retired military with a valid military ID. The discounted rate is $58.50 and applies only to work done in our store.
